I was so excited to make these Hello Kitty Cupcakes for a 5th birthday party and I am so pleased with the way they turned out.
For the fondant toppers I purchased a Hello Kitty face and Hello Kitty bow mold from a cute little shop on Etsy (I'll have to find the name to share). I colored the faces with edible ink markers and finally glittered the bows with edible glitter. I had the adorable pink cupcake liners and have been waiting to use them, they were perfect for the occasion. I didn't want the cupcakes to be too pink, yes, too much pink is possible, so I thought a light blue would be perfect for the frosting. I finished decorating with some edible glitter and pastel confetti sprinkles and these cupcakes were ready to party!

Oh my I so so love Hello Kitty because she's a cat and she's a theme of PINK! <3 I am so fond of this character that makes me compile stuffs of her like wallpapers and just lately I started a collection of Hello Kitty Birthday Party Theme .
